Please note: due to licensing restrictions and size constraints, some products are only available for shipping in the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Which package delivery carriers do you use?

We ship all orders through either United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS)  chosen by the customer at order checkout.  At times we may upgrade or change your shipping method chosen  at our discretion to facilitate faster order arrival.

Where will you ship my order?

We will ship your order to the Shipping Address that you provide in the United States and US Territories. Please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box), or a Highway Contract Box (HC Box) for UPS shipping. UPS cannot deliver to a PO or HC Box, and shipment will not be made. 

When will you ship my order?

Orders paid in full but funds not received are shipped after funds are received in full.  In cases such as payment by "eCheck" , there may be a 5  to 10 days of delay.

All other orders paid in full and funds received are shipped according to the following schedule:

Orders placed on Monday through Friday by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will ususally ship out the next business day.  Orders placed on holidays and weekends will ship the following business day.  Orders placed on Monday through Friday after 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time is considred place the next business day and will incur an additional shipment processing day.  Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, weekends, and holidays. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands may take additional days.

When should I expect to receive my order?

That depends on what shipping option you pick. Please consult UPS / USPS for more information.

UPS / USPS will guarantee that your order will arrive by the date promised indicated at shipping carriers' online tracking system's website. Your order may be delayed in situations beyond their control, including but not limited to: inclement weather and natural or manmade disasters.

We do not guarantee shipment arrival dates promised or guaranteed by the customers' chosen shipping carrier.  Please allow ample transit time when ordering.

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages when shipping address is not correctly reported by  customer / purchaser.  It is the customer's / purchaser's responsibility for providing correct and deliverable shipping addressCustomer / Purchaser is solely responsible for all costs involved in package re-routing / re-shipping.  Any such situations should be dealt with between the purchaser / customer and shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages not picked up from shipping carrier.  It is the customer's / purchaser's responsibilities for timely package pick up from shipping carrier when instructed by shipping carrier.  Customer / Purchaser is solely responsible for all costs involved in package re-routing / re-shipping.  Any such situations should be dealt with between the purchaser / customer and shipping carrier.

Can I have oversized items shipped express?

Yes, we can express ship most of our oversized items. However, an additional "oversized item" shipping charge will be added to your shipping total for each item. We include messages indicating which products are considered oversized and will incur this additional fee in the product description so you have this information before checking out. Additional surcharge per item may be $20.00 or more, depending on the size of the item. Please note that there are a few items such as children's chairs that cannot be shipped Express due to the size limitations with the carrier.

What's your return & exchange policy?

Returns & Exchanges:  All our products are offered at highly discounted commercial business distribution wholesale prices to the general public.  By purchasing from this Site, You agree that all purchases have a strict NO RETURN / NO EXHCANGE policy.

Lost In Transit / Damaged In Transit Packages

What's your lost & shipping damages policy?

Lost / Shipping Damaged Packages: We do not warrant  lost and / or damaged packages. All merchandises contents shipped are insured 100% with the shipping carrier chosen by purchaser, at no additional costs to the purchaser.  Shipping fees are not included in the insured amount and shipping fees incurred are not reimbursable.  Therefore, it is the shipping carrier's responsibilities to warrant / guarantee pakages arrival at purchasers' address safely and undamaged.

All Shipping In Transit Damaged Packages must be reported and claimed directly with the respective shipping carrier used for shipping. All packages received damaged must be noted, reported, documented, and acknowleged by the shipping company at time of delivery for a claim to be valid.  Please note that visual documentation is required for such claim to be valid.  Please have the following respective shipping companies note, report, document, acknowlege, and process claim for damages: UPS (United Parcel Service), or USPS (United States Postal Service).

Report all Lost in Transit / Shipping In Transsit Damaged Packages directly with purchasers' chosen shipping carrrier at:  http://www.ups.com/  or  http://www.usps.com/

Please note that packages noted as "DELIVERED" by shipping carriers are not covered by shipping insuranceTherefore, packages falling into this cateory are not covered and not claimable.  Shipping insurance only covers "Lost In Transit" (never delivered) and "Damaged In Transit" (damaged by shipping carrier) packages.   Neither seller nor shipping carriers quarantees packages lost, stolen, or damaged after arrival at customers given shipping destination.

Please note that Lost in Transit / Shipping In Transit Damaged Packages claims can take 4 to 8 weeks or more of processing time.

Purchasers / Customers are reimbursed only if shipping carriers honors and pays Lost / Damaged Packages claims.  Otherwise no reimbursement will be made.  Please note that shipping fees are not reimbursable under any circumstances.
